This is a two day class on 4/22 and 4/23 (Saturday & Sunday) with class running from 10am to 1:30pm on both days. The first day students will receive two cakes that they will frost and prepare for stacking. On the second day we will stack our cakes, add buttercream rosettes and add some finishing touches.

In this 2-day class Steph Lawshe from Sweet Little Morsels, LLC will teach you how to make a beautiful Open Sugar Magnolia in just a few easy steps that will provide that WOW factor to your cakes! You will learn how to work with sugar paste (Gumpaste), cut out and wire each petal using Magnolia cutters and groove board, creating a realistic look to each petal, assembling and dusting your Magnolia with subtle, yet realistic shading.

Please note - this is a 2-day class. The class will take place on Saturday, 3/4 from 2:30pm-5:30pm and Sunday, 3/5, from 10am-1:30pm.

In this class Steph Lawshe from Sweet Little Morsels will teach you how to properly cover and stack a two -tiered fondant cake (two 2 layer cakes). She will cover all the steps you need to achieve a beautiful lustered cake and how to apply a stencil to a fondant cake. She will also share some tips, tricks and a few simple design techniques. This is a great class for cake decorators who are ready to take their cake designs to another level or just want to learn something new!

This is a two day class with class running from 10am to 1pm on 2/18 and 2/19 (Saturday & Sunday). The first day students will receive two cakes that they will cover in fondant and luster. On the second day we will stack our cakes and add a stencil to one tier, along with some finishing touches.

Students will be provided with fondant, a real cake to cover and to take home after the class. A box to take the cake home in will also be provided.
